The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and Commercial Function play a vital role in supporting programme delivery, overseeing commercial strategy, procurement and selection of technology, sites, raw materials, and other supplies to facilitate the establishment of Development Companies. Across the long-term, the CCO performs a strategic, advisory role, such as setting Commercial standards to support Development Companies to run their own commercial assurance activities.
