Chief People Officer

The Chief People Officer (CPO) leads a newly shaped HR Function, which is critical to ensuring GBN has the capability and skilled workforce across the long-term to successfully support the Government in its vision to deliver a dynamic civil nuclear sector. A key part of this agenda will be to contribute to the thought leadership, strategy development and action plan to improve nuclear skills within the sector. It will involve working advising the Government Nuclear Skills Taskforce and working with sector organisations to inform national point of view and policy, as well as ensuring priorities feed back into GBN policy and operations.
